You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate.6

You are solely responsible for all content that you submit to Cloudwire Hub ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not7 violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,8 distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with the operation9 of Cloudwire Hub and our business.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Submit User Content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.10

Interfere with or disrupt the operation11 of Cloudwire Hub or the servers or networks connected to Cloudwire Hub.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Cloudwire Hub or any user accounts.
6. Contests
Cloudwire Hub hosts various contests with specific rules and guidelines. By participating in a contest, you agree to abide by the rules of that contest. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any contest at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
Cloudwire Hub and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property12 laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.13
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to Cloudwire Hub at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Cloudwire Hub will cease immediately.
9. Disclaimer
Cloudwire Hub is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Cloudwire Hub will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that Cloudwire Hub is free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out14 of or related to your use of Cloudwire Hub, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these15 Terms or your use of Cloudwire Hub shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the past twelve months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including16 reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating17 to your use of Cloudwire Hub or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Cloudwire Hub shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall18 be held in Gujarat.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of Cloudwire Hub and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
